Dr. Valee is a food scientist with expeirience in food product development, consumer research, and formulation of functional food products. In the food safety sphere, Dr. Valee has experience establishing, and validating HACCP and food safety programs for food service and food processing facilities. Dr. Valee co-authored a science textbook, The Science of Thai Cuisine; Chemical Properties and Sensory Attributes.
